WHAT IS KALI/ ESCRIMA/ ARNIS?

Kali, also known as Eskrima/ Escrima or Arnis, is the national martial art of the Philippines.

Its main focus is working with practical real-life scenarios, disarming, defending and attacking using a weapons-based fighting style (knife, stick, etc) which can be, and is used interchangeably with 'empty hand' combat techniques.
