WHAT IS KICKBOXING?
Kickboxing is a stand-up combat sport using kicking and punching to improve coordination, strength and confidence through self defence.
This is a journey to self-improvement and no matter where you begin, we will he here to help you improve, step-by-step and session-by-session.
With the right tools, you will be able to not only challenge yourself but become confident in protecting yourself responsibly in real world scenarios.
Sometimes it can be hard to have faith in your abilities but through our sessions, we can improve your stamina, strength and develop your skill set.
This class is designed to build physical and mental confidence, practical skills and most importantly be enjoyable.
