SELF DEFENCE

WHAT IS SELF DEFENCE?

​By its nature, any form of martial art can be considered a form of self-defence.

​

We take this to another level, incorporating fun, functionality and drills.

​

These skills can be utilised in real world scenarios, which we will practise in a safe, structured environment.

​

We offer one-to-one self defence sessions and personalised plans, as well as group, school and workplace seminars and classes.

 

We teach remotely (via Zoom) or in person.

Skills covered include:

  • Wrist locks

  • Arm locks

  • Escaping locks

  • Kicking

  • Punching

  • Defence of all of the above

  • How to subdue an opponent to escape

  • Weapons training
